MVP Quality Award
The only company to win a Marketing Via Phone (MVP) Quality Award every year since its inception, InfoCision was awarded its 15th in February 2008. This award is presented by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine to the teleservices company that demonstrates the strongest commitment to excellence, highest quality and most ethical standards.

DMA International ECHO Awards
Also known as the “Oscar of direct marketing,” the ECHO is the highest tribute in the industry. InfoCision has earned one bronze and two silver ECHOs.
ECHOs have been awarded for the most outstanding direct-response advertising campaigns for more than 75 years. Other distinguished winners include American Heart Association, Diebold and Citibank.

Best Employers in Ohio
For three years in a row, InfoCision has been recognized as one of the 10 best employers in Ohio. The rankings, which were compiled by the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, are based on workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics, and an extensive employee satisfaction survey.

NorthCoast 99 Award
The Employers Resource Council grants the NorthCoast 99 Awards annually to recognize the 99 best employers in Northeast Ohio. In 2007 InfoCision was presented with the Northcoast 99 Compensation & Benefits Award, and its sixth Northcoast 99 Award. Nominated by employees, IMC was judged on compensation, benefits, health and safety, training and education, diversity, community service, recruitment and retention and employee communication.

Interactive Intelligence Ambassador Award
Created to honor the customer that most effectively promotes Interactive Intelligence (I3) contact center software, the Ambassador Award has been presented to InfoCision multiple times. In addition to converting all of its call centers to the I3 software, IMC was the first company to use Interaction Director for pre-call routing.

The Cascade Capital Corporation created the Business Growth Awards to recognize sales and personnel growth in Northeast Ohio businesses. InfoCision has received this distinguished honor every year since 2001. In 2007 IMC won the prestigious Legacy Award along with its seventh Business Growth Award.

InfoCision won its first APEX Award from the Direct Marketing Association’s Ohio Chapter in June 2005. The award recognizes the most outstanding direct marketing campaigns in Ohio.
