Internships & Co-Ops
Real-world experience with a growing company

InfoCision Management Corporation is looking for dynamic, creative and career-oriented individuals to take part in our internship/co-op program.  This fast-paced program gives students the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading nonprofit organizations and Fortune 1000 companies.  Most importantly, our information technology, call center and account staff internships allow students to gain valuable experience in the teleservice industry.

As an IT intern, you will:

  • Program, test and implement IT solutions for call center programs
  • Modify and support existing applications and develop reports
  • Maintain records to track program development and revisions

As a call center intern, you will:

  • Manage a team of eight to 15 people
  • Conduct team meetings and contests
  • Monitor team members for quality assurance
  • Coach and develop employees
  • Write reports for clients

As an account staff intern, you will:

  • Develop marketing programs to be implemented in the call centers
  • Communicate client needs to various departments
  • Build and maintain client relations
  • Create marketing strategies that increase a client’s return on investment
