InfoCision Management Corporation is looking for dynamic, creative and career-oriented individuals to take part in our internship/co-op program. Most importantly, our information technology, call center and account staff internships allow students to gain valuable experience in the teleservice industry.
As an IT intern, you will:
- Program, test and implement IT solutions for call center programs
- Modify and support existing applications and develop reports
- Maintain records to track program development and revisions
As a call center intern, you will:
- Manage a team of eight to 15 people
- Conduct team meetings and contests
- Monitor team members for quality assurance
- Coach and develop employees
- Write reports for clients
As an account staff intern, you will:
- Develop marketing programs to be implemented in the call centers
- Communicate client needs to various departments
- Build and maintain client relations
- Create marketing strategies that increase a client’s return on investment
