Communicators receive a minimum of four Q3 evaluations per month from three levels of quality assurance: supervisors, call center QA staff and independent quality assurance personnel. In addition, calibration exercises that are specific to the types of clients and accuracy ratings are conducted monthly.
Each Communicator is evaluated on 130 criteria per phone call allowing supervisors, trainers and QA staff to identify which skills a Communicator is lacking and the coaching methods needed to increase their skills. This ultimately improves Communicators performance and allows us to provide the highest quality services to our clients
