Direct Mail Newsletters

Direct mail newsletters have become very popular among many of our clients.  Our creative services team will create a compelling newsletter to connect you to your donors or customers.  The newsletters inform the people who support your organization about important topics and issues regarding your company.  Once our creative services team creates the newsletter, fulfillment will ship it to your donor or customer list.  See how newsletters complimented this organization and boosted its results.

Purpose:  The purpose of this test is to see if donors who receive this political organization's newsletter before they get a housfile call will perform better than donors who do not recieve the newsletter before they get a HF call.

Audience:  $50+ donors on the January/February housefile.

Control:  50/50 random split of donors who did not receive the newsletter.

Test:  Donors who receive the newsletter will have higher front-end $/cc results and higher net per call.

The results show a 13.64% increase in $/cc from $13.95 to $15.85.
Response rate increased by 28.86% from 18.51% to 23.85%.         
Overall the net $$ per call increased 10.07% from $4.41 to $4.85.
