InfoCision’s recent developments
The momentum is building. Fueled by its commitment to quality, InfoCision has quickly gained a reputation for earning its clients unparalleled ROI. And as a result, we have earned new business and attracted new clients – growing by 12 percent in 2006. Since April of this year, InfoCision has begun plans to expand approximately six of our current locations, adding nearly 1,000 new employees. In the upcoming months we also look forward to expanding and renovating many of our other locations.
We are committed to the growth and success of our current locations and the areas we are already in. For this reason, we have included in the expansions and renovations new workstations, on-site doctor’s offices, fitness centers and even a day care. We strive to retain our loyal employees, who are an extension of our clients and their campaigns.
Expanding fulfillment operations
In April, InfoCision acquired a 23,000 square-foot warehouse in Green, Ohio that will enable us to increase our full service, premium fulfillment capabilities. The expansion of the warehouse will allow us to provide our clients with increased fulfillment opportunities, such as pick and pack fulfillment, full-scale kitting operations, and many other services.
Opening new call centers
Additionally, we are looking to expand our call center operations in Green to add all the additional amenities. We also announced in April the expansion of our New Castle, Pennsylvania location into a larger building that will accommodate a third call center, approximately 100 additional employees and amenities. The new location will give us an additional 11,000 square feet.
In June, InfoCision showed its commitment to Ohio’s economic success once again by announcing the expansion of its operations in Mansfield and Boardman, Ohio. Mansfield’s expansion will add a third 60-seat call center, while Boardman will have room for three additional 60-seat call centers, adding 120 employees to both areas. The Mansfield location will also be adding a more comprehensive employee training facility. The expansions of our call center locations will allow us to better serve our clients and increase their ROI.
Offering more work-from-home opportunities
In August, InfoCision expanded its work-at-home program, which was launched just two years ago, to Fostoria, Ohio and New Martinsville, W.Va. InfoCision works with state and local rehabilitation agencies to provide assistance to people with physical limitations. We are expecting to add 100 full- and part-time work-at-home employees by the end of the year. The work-at-home program was designed to take calls when there are spikes in calls at odd hours of the day. Our work-at-home Communicators are able to take those calls immediately and are ready for random spikes at all hours of the day.
Bolstering our corporate headquarters
We also announced in August the expansion of our corporate headquarters in Bath Township, Ohio. The new corporate headquarters will sit on 15 acres and are scheduled to be completed mid-2009. The 160,000 square-foot headquarters will combine with our two existing buildings to create our corporate campus. This expansion will allow for 300 new employees, significantly expanding the company’s call center and technology operations, add much needed office space, increase employee break areas and add an auditorium. Additionally, our current on-site physician and fitness center will be enlarged.
The past, current and future expansions are due to the success and growth the company has experienced over the last 25 years we have been in business. InfoCision is the only call center organization of its size to be in business for 25 years and under the same ownership. We could not have had all the growth and success without our clients and we want to thank you for your commitment to our partnership.
