InfoCision named fourth best place to work in Ohio

Since the last issue we have won several awards, but the one we are most proud of is being named a Top 10 Best Employer in Ohio for the third year in a row. The Ohio Chamber of Commerce ranks companies across the state based on a two-part process. The first part evaluated each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part involved an employee survey to measure their experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. InfoCision ranked at fourth place in 2008, which was a two-spot increase from last year.

Top 10 Agency, CIS magazine

InfoCision was named a top 5 outbound and top 20 inbound telemarketing company by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine in 2008. Since its creation in 1986, the Annual Top 50 Outbound Teleservices Agencies Ranking has served as a call center solutions guide for companies and organizations.

NEO Success Award

InfoCision has earned seven Northeast Ohio (NEO) Success Awards, which are granted by the region’s largest business publication, Inside Business magazine. The Success Awards acknowledge business leaders for creating growth, wealth and jobs in Northeast Ohio.

CRM Excellence Award

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Excellence Awards were created by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine to honor companies whose products or services enhance customer relationships. InfoCision has earned four of these awards.
