On Friday, February 21, InfoCision Management Corporation was presented with a Silver Stevie® Award in the Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year - Business Services Industries category in the eighth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards.  Awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 21 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.  Steve Brubaker, InfoCision Chief of Staff, attended along with more than 400 nominated national and international customer service and sales executives.

Over 1,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. More than 260 executives around the world participated in the judging process for the 2014 awards, to determine the Finalists and then the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements.

InfoCision’s first nomination “Brand Ambassadors, Helping to Keep Customers for Life and Build Multigenerational Loyalty” illustrated the success of our Little Tikes customer service team.  The team at InfoCision is a group of 32 Communicators who handle over 8,000 complex consumer calls and emails on a monthly basis. What’s more, the number doubles in the busy summer and holiday seasons. The team has an impressive nearly 0% abandon rate for incoming calls and maintains a 100% service level meaning that 100% of the calls get answered within 20 seconds of being placed.  These results far exceed what the industry deems excellent service standards at a 5% abandon rate and 80% service level. The team provides a customer service experience that is fun and upbeat, while displaying compassion which results in customer loyalty through multiple generations.
