On Tuesday, July, 10, 2012, InfoCision Management Corporation celebrated the 10th anniversary of its Mansfield, Ohio location with local leaders, employees and friends from the community. The celebration included guest speakers and a ceremony honoring employees that have been with the company since its early days operating in Mansfield.
Mansfield Mayor Tim Theaker and Economic Development Director Tim Bowersock, along with Mansfield-Richland Area Chamber of Commerce President Kevin Nestor spoke to the assembled crowd of nearly 100 InfoCision employees, congratulating the company for its success and thanking it for its long-standing partnership and commitment to the community. The newly crowned Miss Ohio, Elissa McCracken even came out to help the company celebrate this milestone.
In addition, InfoCision Chief of Staff Steve Brubaker offered the final remarks, thanking the Mansfield and Richland County communities for helping InfoCision to be so successful. In addition, Brubaker recognized 12 employees who started with InfoCision in the first year the company began operating in Mansfield, presenting them with certificates of appreciation commemorating their years of hard work.
“It’s hard to believe we’ve been in Mansfield for 10 years, but they have been 10 years of great growth and success,” said Brubaker. “I really want to thank our employees, who have been the catalyst for that success, and the community which has always been so gracious to us. Our Mansfield location has always produced outstanding work for our clients and we expect that to continue for years to come.”
Brubaker also noted that company is expanding its staff in Mansfield, and currently looking to fill about 25 open positions. To showcase its facilities – including an on-site fitness center and clinic – to job seekers, the company will hold open interviews on Monday, July 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Anyone in the community looking for a quality career with outstanding benefits is encouraged to stop in and interview without an appointment. Interviews can also be scheduled in advance by visiting jobs.infocision.com or by calling 1-888-462-7298, extension 30.
InfoCision’s success in Mansfield has been fueled by a talented workforce that continuously produces outstanding results for InfoCision clients. Many of these employees have taken advantage of InfoCision’s corporate culture of hiring from within. The culture is so deep, in fact, that more than half the company’s executive team started their careers in entry-level roles at InfoCision. Understanding the need to cultivate future leaders, InfoCision has instituted a clearly defined Career Progression Path program, through which employees like Aaron Rasmus have been able to work their way from being on the phones into supervisory roles.
“I like how you control your own destiny with InfoCision,” said Rasmus, recently promoted to a call center supervisor position in Mansfield. “The Career Progression Path program they have put in place is successful and helps you to understand how you can further your career. You get what you put into it; so if you’re willing to put in the effort, you’re going to be noticed and rewarded. They really go out of their way to support and encourage employees.”
As a part of the Mansfield business community since 2002, InfoCision encourages employees to support the community through local fundraisers and charitable events, and internally the company regularly holds food drives and school supply drives to benefit those in need.
InfoCision was founded in Akron, Ohio in 1982 and is celebrating its 30th anniversary as a company in 2012. The company began operating in Mansfield in 2002, and is located 1404 Park Avenue West in Mansfield. Now employing 200 people in Mansfield, InfoCision has two call centers at the location.
