With the holidays approaching, it’s important to remember that there are many families struggling to get by right in our own backyard. That’s why employees at InfoCision Management Corporation’s Akron headquarters volunteered to help The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Drive by ringing the bell at three local retailers on Friday, November 16.
Participation in the Red Kettle Drive has become an annual event at InfoCision, as more than 40 InfoCision employees worked one-hour shifts between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. at Acme and Mustard Seed in Montrose, and at Summit Mall. The amount of funds raised is not yet available, but last year InfoCision employees helped raise nearly $2,000 for the Salvation Army to use to enhance their ability to meet people’s basic human needs at this important time of year.
As one of the area’s largest employers and a long-term partner in regional progress, InfoCision and its employees are committed to, and have a long history of giving back to the Akron community.
