For the third consecutive year, The Plain Dealer has named InfoCision Management Corporation one of 25 Top Workplaces in Northeast Ohio in the large employer category; companies with 500-plus local employees. InfoCision also made the national list as one of America’s Top Workplaces. InfoCision was one of only 25 Ohio-based companies to be named to that list.
 
Large, mid-sized, small and private and publicly-owned companies in the region were evaluated based solely on employee responses to survey questions such as “I have confidence in the leader of this company” and “My manager cares about my concerns.” Only the top 25 employers from each category made the final list.
 
Even with over 4,200 employees, InfoCision’s unique work environment can be seen and felt on a daily basis at any of the 13 locations InfoCision calls home. It’s evident that employees love their jobs and love coming to work every day and it comes across in how they do their job and how they treat their co-workers. People say ‘hi’ to each other as they pass in the hall and pull together to show support if a co-worker is going through a rough patch in life. All employees look out for one another, which creates a family type atmosphere.
 
“Being on a list like this is truly special,” said InfoCision Chief of Staff, Steve Brubaker. “Because the results are based off of surveys taken by our employees, this recognition provides the best type of validation we can ask for. Being ranked in the top 25 for three years in a row tells us our employees are happy and we are doing things right.”
 
InfoCision was not only recognized as one of the top places to work in Northeast Ohio, but also one of the fastest growing companies in the region. In the Cleveland Plain Dealer Brubaker commented on this achievement. 
 
“We’re seeing greater demand for our services as companies begin to increase budgets and allocate more marketing dollars, which in turn opens the door for us to increase hiring, not just in the call center, but in IT, human resources, marketing and accounting.”
In addition to hiring call center staff, InfoCision also added more executives and managers. Careful selection of employees and the company’s onboarding process has allowed InfoCision to maintain near 100 percent retention among salaried employees.
 
From the top down, InfoCision’s culture succeeds because it’s the small things that matter – like recognition through something as ‘small’ as birthday cards sent to staff; to hot dog cookouts and pizza parties; to the monthly Employee of the Month recognition ceremony where outstanding employees are recognized by senior management at each of the company’s call center locations.
