As Executive Vice President of Call Center Operations, Mike Langenfeld oversees the daily operations of InfoCision’s 30 call centers as they strive to meet client objectives on inbound and outbound campaigns.
Under Mike’s leadership, the call center team ranks Communicators’ performances and assigns calls to those with the best results. This strategy has produced superior campaign results, service levels and conversion rates for InfoCision’s clients.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Dayton. He has worked at InfoCision for 19 years, and in 2000 he won the Carol J. Byrd Employee of the Year Award. This award is given to one employee each year who exemplifies the company’s “whatever it takes” and “commitment to excellence philosophies.
As a member of the American Teleservices Association, Mike lives in Massillon, Ohio, with his wife and two children. He is a member of the Massillon Knights of Columbus and he enjoys coaching youth baseball and football in his spare time.
