As President and Chief Executive Officer of InfoCision, Carl Albright oversees all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations from sales to marketing to information technology. Carl is a 15-year veteran of InfoCision and has served in leadership roles company-wide, making him uniquely qualified to manage the full spectrum of InfoCision’s functions.

Carl began with InfoCision as an Assistant Call Center Supervisor and worked his way up, filling such roles as Director of Telemarketing, Senior Vice President of Call Center Operations and most recently Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, InfoCision has experienced a 10-year average of 14.5 percent annual growth. In that time the company has launched numerous employee benefit programs, added more than 3,000 jobs and opened 24 call centers in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Carl currently resides in Fairlawn, Ohio with his wife Lori, sons Griffin and Maddox and daughter Avery. He graduated with honors in 1989 from The Ohio State University with degrees in journalism and political science. That same year, he won ESPN’s National Sports Trivia Championship.
