Digital Audio Recording Technology

As with remote call monitoring, digital audio recording technology (DART) is a service that enables us to digitally record every call in its entirety. DART not only allows us to ensure quality, but it lets our clients observe calls as they were made. We organize stored audio recordings by pre-determined needs specific to each client and service category, which allows us to quickly retrieve and monitor calls.

Recordings are stored in ready access for 30 days and then archived for future use. They are available to our clients at any time in a variety of formats and a proprietary format to ensure privacy.

We record and archive two copies of every transaction. This allows us to comply with all data and record-retention requirements outlined by the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and gives us the ability to retrieve and analyze calls by disposition, Communicator, program, day and unique number.
