June 21, 2018- Customer Contact Week (CCW), presented by Five9, held its CCW Excellence Awards Gala Tuesday, June 19th at The Mirage in Las Vegas.  Honoring and recognizing the most innovative organizations and executives in the contact center industry, over 2,500 individuals attended the prestigious night.
