Yvonne Anderson

Yvonne Anderson has over 20 years of experience as a Vice President at InfoCision, delivering problem-solving and value-added services to some of the most respected brands in the world. As a leader in this space, she specializes in omni-channel BPO solutions and has a professional passion for new business development, team building and budding technologies.

Yvonne has had numerous organizational leadership roles such as serving as a Director on the Florida Chapter of SOCAP International committee (a global association of marketing and customer care professionals), as a board member of CTAM WEST and long term support of organizations like PACE (ATA) and on the membership committee of PDMI now the ERA (Electronic Retailing Association).

In her free time, she enjoys photography, boating, and spending time with her family.
