Our Consumer Services Call Center currently specializes in inbound product sales and customer service for a variety of popular consumer products and health service organizations. You would be handling incoming calls from new, existing and previous customers offering them an opportunity to upgrade their current product, purchase new products or services, or schedule sales appointments. The outbound projects you’ll work on are primarily calling existing customers with excellent upgrade offers. You will be working in an exciting sales and customer service environment that allows you to help others and improve their quality of life. In this high volume sales environment you will be handling calls generated by advertisements for products and services. As part of our Media Call Center, you will be working in an exciting Sales and Customer Service oriented environment. The majority of your day, you’ll handle primarily inbound calls for some of our nation’s most successful Fortune 100 companies. There is a variety of work that makes every day exciting and interesting. We’re looking for individuals who have great attitudes, the ability to multi-task and share this same commitment for quality.
As part of our Political Call Center, you will help raise funds for political leaders and spread the word about conservative causes. Non-profit organizations like the National Rifle Association and other various non-profit clients fight for the rights and privileges of all Americans on current issues that affect our lives.
We specialize in customer service and fundraising calls for conservative political causes. You will be handling calls from people who have contributed or expressed an interest in the cause or organization asking for a contribution or renewing memberships. We work with nationally known organizations such as College Republicans and the NRA.
The Quality Assurance department has several positions, including Quality Assurance Analyst as well as Provisioning Specialists. The Quality Assurance Analyst listens to completed calls to evaluate the performance and quality of the presentations. Provisioning Specialists require you to check the accuracy of each record to ensure all data is correct. All of the positions require you to have excellent listening skills and attention to detail. As part of our TeleCommunications Call Center, You will help existing wireless customers find the right plan for their needs, get the latest phones, and save money on their bills while working in a fun and fast paced environment. You will be extensively trained to learn the ins and outs of the phones and the plans. You will be rewarded for helping our customers with an unlimited commission bonus plan.
As part of our Volunteer Recruitment Call Center, you will be making calls across the United States and Canada recruiting volunteers for well-known Non-Profit Organizations. You will be recruiting volunteers to mail out lifesaving information to their neighbors, family and friends. You will also be scheduling times for Non Profit organizations to pick up donations from their homes while their trucks are in their neighborhoods. These organizations provide support to thousands of people every day, and you can provide aid to these causes while you are at work!
In the InTelaResponse center, you will have the unique opportunity to use the latest technology to help raise money and awareness for nationally known organizations! Make calls to help raise funds & provide customer care for some of the largest Non-Profit organizations. This particular room needs someone who can multi-task, is a keen listener and can make decisions quickly and independently.
Overnight Call Center
Our 3rd shift Sales and Verification Representatives are trained to handle inbound calls, provide quality control and perform data entry and are available in Green and Austintown locations. The majority of your shift will be taking inbound calls, however you will also do some outbound calling for a small portion of your shift. You will have initial in-class training for one week that is followed by three weeks of on the job training. You will need to be flexible on your scheduling for your first month of employment. Your data entry and typing skills will be evaluated to assess your potential for success as a Customer Service Representative. Reliable attendance and the ability to multi-task are essential for this position.
Work at Home
The Work at Home program is a great opportunity available to areas throughout Ohio and West Virginia. As part of our Work At Home Call Center, you will be making calls from home for well known Non-Profit Organizations. You will be recruiting volunteers to mail out lifesaving information to their neighbors, family and friends. These organizations provide support to thousands of people every day, and you can provide aid to these causes while you are working!
You must be able work a minimum of 28 hours a week and have the corresponding equipment prior to applying for the Work at Home position:
- A computer with a minimum of 2 Gigabytes of RAM
- A monitor with a minimum Pixilation/Resolution of 1024 x 768
- All 17 inch monitors and some Newer 15 inch models – (if unsure – right click on their desktop, go to properties then Settings)
- High Speed Internet Access – Must be Cable or DSL with a minimum of 1.5 to 3.0 Mbps downstream and 384 to 512 Kbps upstream. Must landline or cable – Wi-Fi, Cellular or Satellite can not be accepted
- Windows 7 or 8
- Internet Explorer 9.0
- Home Phone Line – This cannot be a digital phone service. It must be a land line.
- Your phone and Internet connection must be on separate lines (Magic Jack and Vonage are not allowed and wireless is not recommended).
